TERMS & CONDITIONS OF HIRE
Hereafter Daydream Limousines Limited shall be known
as the Company and the person making the booking the shall be known as the Hirer. The Hirer is deemed responsible for all
of the party travelling in the vehicle

All bookings are only confirmed when receipt of the deposit is acknowledged by the Company. Legal requirements of the Private Hire regulations require the Hirer to enter a Hire
contract of 7 days with the company. Each journey will be charged individually
within this period.

Full payment must be made 14 days prior to the journey

The deposit is a booking fee and non-refundable, however, the Company can at its own
discretion refund deposits

The Company are unable to accept responsibility for adverse weather conditions (storms,
flooding, snow etc.) which could result in a delay or cancellation

Whilst every effort is made to the upkeep of the vehicles, no responsibility can be
accepted for mechanical, electrical or material breakdown. In this unlikely event,
every effort will be made for an immediate repair to the vehicle to enable the continuation of the journey or the Hirer will
be transferred to another vehicle at the Company’s cost or a partial refund given

If the vehicle is unable to attend a function due to a breakdown or accident, the Company
will make every effort to supply a similar or alternative vehicle

Company reserves the right to charge for any damage to the vehicle, which is a direct result of the actions of the hirer or
caused by a third party incited by the hirer. A charge of £500 per day will be charged to the hirer for each day the vehicle
is under repair. If any passenger vomits in the vehicle there is an immediate charge of £100 payable in cash to the driver
to cover the cost of valeting the vehicle. There is no food to be eaten whilst
on board the vehicle

Should the Hirer wish to change the destination or times once on board the vehicle,
an additional charge will be levied at £25.00 per hour waiting and £25.00 per hour travelling.
This must be paid in cash to the driver on the occasion. The Company will
not do any additional pick ups or drop offs, that have not been listed on the front of the booking form
